DICAPI: Directorate General of Captains and Coast Guards. We are an inspection body conducting pre-shipment sampling to determine the non-hazardous nature of fishmeal according to maritime code specifications. Additionally, we supervise loading in containers and/or ship holds, which involves inspection, disinfection, and/or fumigation of containers and/or ship holds at port facilities.
